A complete boiler cleaning consists of the following:

1. Removing the covers
2. Draining and flushing the system out several times to remove rust on the inside
3. Brushing through the boiler sections to remove rust inside the combustion chamber
4. Emptying accumulated rust in the gas drip tee pipe
5. Removing and washing out the burner ribbons to clear out accumulated rust from the gas pipes
6. Vacuuming out all of the chambers to remove excess particles
7. Re-insulating the flu chamber, and putting the system back together
